These Terms of Service govern your use of peaktradinglondon.co.uk and any orders you place with Peak Trading London. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering
All orders are an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. Products are sold by the case as described on each product page.

Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Where applicable, VAT is charged in accordance with UK law. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Trade accounts
Trade accounts are offered to eligible businesses at our discretion. We may request business details, including company number, to verify eligibility. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
