Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver orders placed at peaktradinglondon.co.uk.

Next-day delivery
We dispatch via DPD. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery to mainland UK addresses. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery charges
Delivery is calculated by order weight and destination, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Mainland UK and Outside Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses) are charged at different rates due to carrier costs.

Delivery areas
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If your address falls outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, DPD will send tracking information so you can follow your delivery and choose a convenient time slot where available.

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or events outside our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us through the Contact page on our website and we will help resolve it.
